He assumed crucial positions in esteemed corporations like Titan Industries Ltd., GE and America Online, where he played pivotal roles. This background forms a robust base for his ongoing contributions at Encube Advisory which he founded in 2013.

Harish is a commerce graduate, an alumnus of IIM – Bangalore and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 20 years of experience in various roles with companies like America Online, Hewlett Packard, Bharti Airtel and General Electric. He has successfully worked as a practicing Chartered Accountant and has handled clients in sectors as diverse as software, retail, entertainment, manufacturing, logistics, publishing, startups among others.

Sunil is a Marketing Professional with over 30 years of work experience in the Food and Personal Care industries. He has contributed to the Dairy, Bakery, Snack Food, Organic Food, Pet Food, Food Retail, Agri-business and Herbal Personal Care industries in the areas of Sales Marketing and Value Chain enhancements. He has worked with organisations of diverse parentage like Cooperatives, NGOs, Multinationals and Indian Private Companies.
After successful stints with respected brands like Amul, Britannia, Mars and Pepsi, he founded a boutique Management Consulting Company, AUM Consulting Pvt. Ltd., in the winter of 2008. He is currently the CEO and Principal Consultant at AUM, handling consulting assignments for Multinationals, Indian Private Companies, MSMEs, NGOs and
Government in the areas of Brands and Value Chain.
He is a graduate in Agriculture and holds a PGDRM from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA).
